Call for Replicator Cities
The benefits of the Replicator City will include:
- A free three-month solution pilot and favourable commercial terms to sustain the solutions beyond the pilot. The project procurement fully covers the costs for these solution pilots.
- In addition, each replicator city or region will receive 2500 EUR of project funding to cover pilot-related travel or engagement expenses.
- Peer-to-peer knowledge exchange with our buyer group cities and regions throughout the pilot phases of our project.

SPACE4Cities Call for Replicators runs until 15 September 2026. We aim to select 10 Replicator Cities to join the pilots in our Buyers’ Group cities, with two additional Replicator Cities per piloted solution.

- Annex A: Replicator City Application Form – This document acts as the application form.
- Annex B: Selected Solution Briefs for all piloted solutions – This document describes all five piloted solutions and their piloting requirements briefly.
- Replicator Call and Pilot Manual (including Annex C) – This document explains the call in detail.
- Replicator City Application Form (Annex A) has to be submitted before the deadline of Tuesday 15 September 2026 at 17:00 CEST as PDF along with Commitment Letter (Annex C in the Manual) via email to: [email protected].
Available Resources during the Call for Replicator Cities
SPACE4Cities consortium offers a variety of resources for European cities to successfully apply for and to run Replicator City pilots for five selected Phase 3 Suppliers. We want to ensure that other European cities and regions can benefit from the solutions created by the project.
Information Webinars during Call for Replicator Cities
- Meet the Winners webinar held on 2 July at 13.00-15.00 CEST. This webinar acts as the launch of the Call for Replicator Cities, while it prepares Buyers’ Group cities in their pilot deployments.
- Information webinars of Call for Replicator Cities held on both 11 August and 1 September at 10:00-11:00 CEST. Sign-up form will be published shortly.
- Recordings of all webinars will be linked on SPACE4Cities page after each webinar.
